Brainspace 7.2.0 Key Feature Highlights
Analyze and Search with Emotional Intelligence Scores
Emotional Intelligence (also known as Sentiment) assesses the emotional content of document text and automatically scores it. Documents are scored on a 0–10 scale (0 = neutral, 1 = lowest, 10 = highest) for:
Intent
Negativity
Opportunity
Positivity
Pressure
Rationalization
Roundabout Style
Emotional Intelligence scores are automatically generated during document ingestion.
Scores are available in advanced searches, can be displayed in the Document View metadata, and may be used to filter the Results Pane.
To add Emotional Intelligence scores to existing datasets created prior to v7.2.0, simply rebuild your dataset; documents will be automatically scored and indexed without needing to change any settings.
