# Download the Dataset Build Log

At any time after building a dataset, you can download the dataset Build Log to analyze the build process.

To download the Build Log:

1. In the user drop-down menu, click **Administration**, the Datasets screen will open.

2. Choose a dataset, and then click the **Download Reports** icon, the Report list will open.

3. Locate **Build Log** in the Report list, and then click the **Download** button.

4. The *.log file will download to your local machine.
