Unsaved Search History
Search History provides a way for you to view your 10 most-recent unsaved searches. You have the option of saving unsaved searches indefinitely, as long as the search results remain in the Search History drop-down list, and you can also export to a text file a report for the last 10 unsaved searches.
Note
After you have created 10 unsaved searches, the next unsaved search will replace the oldest unsaved search in the list, and the replaced search will not be recoverable.
Viewing Unsaved Searches
Immediately after creating a search in a dataset, you will be able to view it even it you do not save it.
To view the last 10 unsaved searches:
On the Analytics dashboard, click the Search History icon. The Search History drop-down list will display the last 10 unsaved searches.
Click an entry in the Search History drop-down list.
The Dashboard will refresh and display the Dashboard for the unsaved search. After viewing the unsaved search, you can modify the search results as you would modify any search, or you can save the search indefinitely.
