# 2026.6 9/22 Patch Release Notes

Release Date: 9/22/2026

### Release Details

| Internal Reference ID | **Type** | **Category** | **Description** |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| PROC-9998 | Fix | Import QC | Fixed an issue where valid PST files would be incorrectly dropped during import with a “Task reached maximum retry attempts” error. Affected PSTs now process successfully and reach Import QC as expected. |
| PROC-10006 | Fix | Import | Extracted Text email headers now display email addresses alongside display names and include the Sent Date when available. Previously, these details would be missing from the rendered email header. |

Some of these fixes require customer action. See the [Recommended Actions to Take](https://docs.revealdata.com/reveal/docs/recommended-actions-to-take) article for guidance.
