# 2026.6 9/3 Patch Release Notes

Release Date: 9/3/2026

### Release Details

| Internal Reference ID | **Type** | **Category** | **Description** |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| PROC-9790 | Fix | Import | Resolved an issue where large PST files would be incorrectly treated as orphaned during processing and fail with a “Task reached maximum retry attempts” error, resulting in no extracted items. Agent heartbeat handling now prevents active processing tasks from being incorrectly identified as abandoned, allowing large PST files to process successfully. |
