Update

Export

A temporary solution is available to expand sort functionality within Australian Protocol exports. The 'Sort By:' drop down under 'Australian Numbering' options includes an additional selection, 'Custodian, ParentDocType, ImportPath' which will match the default sorting of a standard Parent\Child export type.

Update

Feature

By default all exports from processing will have the "Set Invalid Dates to Null" feature from Review Manager turned on for indexing post promotion.

Update

Feature

When RSMF data is promoted that does not contain an avatar for display on a message participant level, the user's initials will be used instead so that the resulting image files look consistent and are easier to review.

Update

Feature

Added support for bzip2, gzip, tar, wim, and xz multi-part archive files. These file types will now properly process within discovery manager.

Update

Import

In certain examples, PDF Portfolios containing PST containers would not be extracted as expected. This has been resolved.

Update

Search

Made substantial improvements around the search logic within processing which should speed up all Selective Set, Import QC, and Export timings across the board.

Fix

Export

Resolved an issue where certain RSMF files had natives which would not generate at export if the file names included [ _ or ].

Fix

Export

When using the Australian Protocols the folder number would not increment as intended. This has been resolved so that the folder number increments as expected.

Fix

Export

Resolved an issue where certain PST files, when exported as MHTs, could display with no body text.

Fix

Export

Date\Time values presented in RSMF native renderings would not align with the Master Date and configured time zone of the case. Improvements have been made to the native rendering of RSMF output to match the configured time zone.

Fix

Export

Families were not numbered in sequential order for Microsoft Teams data sets. Better handling has been added to ensure families are pulled together and numbering is applied sequentially.

Fix

Imaging

Certain specific Word and PowerPoint documents could render incorrectly when converting to image. An update to the imaging library has been made to better support formatting variations in Word and PowerPoint documents.

Fix

Imaging

Resolved an issue with imaging where the layered images display for a file would display differently between the native and imaged file.

Fix

Import

Imported loose .msg files could result in blank\incomplete native output at export time when the 'Apply to Loose/Attached Email' option is checked. This has been resolved so that the output native is complete and opens as expected.

Fix

Import

In some instances, large multi-part AD1 files could fail to fully extract and stall during import. Handling has been improved to ensure these import jobs complete as expected.

Fix

Import

BMP files are now properly identified as Inline Attachments within processing. Selecting suppress inline images will properly prevent them from being extracted.

Fix

Import

Resolved an issue where MBOX files could properly extract natives and text but would fail to properly extract metadata for those files.

Fix

Import

Encrypted Zip archives could fail to properly decrypt when passwords are provided, preventing extraction during Import jobs. This has been corrected to ensure automated extraction of encrypted archives where the password is provided.

Fix

Import

Certain examples of PDF Portfolios containing converted email could fail to extract during an Import Job. Improved handling has been implemented to ensure all contents are extracted as expected.

Fix

Certain Zip archives could fail to fully extract during an Import Job. Enhancements have been made to improve Zip archive extraction and ensure all contents are extracted during an Import job.

Fix

Import

Certain L01 example files could fail to complete extraction leading to the associated Import job being left incomplete. Handling has been implemented to better ensure all files are extracted and allow Import job completion.

Fix

Import QC

Resolved an issue where files could be flagged with the Import QC value without being assigned any flag category.

Fix

Selective Sets

Resolved an issue where, when multiple users attempted to preview the same selective set, it would display an error message.
