# 2026.3 5.1 Patch Release Notes

| Update* | Native View | Updated email rendering to ensure consistency between Native View (PDF) and Outlook, and improved metadata handling so the sender’s name is displayed correctly instead of just the domain. |
| Fix* | Document Viewer | Fixed a bug where email (.msg) files rendered differently in Native View compared to Image View, causing attachments to not display within the email. |
| Fix | Export | Resolved an issue where export jobs would remain stuck in an “In Progress” state and agents would not properly clear after completion. |
| Fix | Export | Addressed an issue where creating a family-level export set of RSMF data would cause delays in displaying the Export Summary screen, and exports initiated from the Web UI would fail due to timeout errors. |
| Fix* | Export | An issue where RSMF messages were incorrectly added to 24-chunk message boards during export was resolved. Message boards now correctly include only messages within the same 24-hour chunk and conversation. |
| Fix* | Import | Fixed a bug where Master Date values were not consistently populated across 24-hour chunks for RSMF when archives were present in chat events. This would lead to incorrect date filtering results in Selective Sets. |
