# 2026.3 5.29 Patch Release Notes

| Fix | Export | Fixed an issue where the File Name field displayed the full file path instead of only the file name when import paths contained underscore characters, despite correct field mappings configured in Discovery Manager. |
| Fix | Reveal Upload Manager | Resolved an issue where OS date fields were not updated from the metadata preservation CSV during upload via Reveal Upload Manager. |
| Fix | Uploads | Fixed an issue that would cause large OPT/LFP uploads to fail intermittently when processing very high page volumes through the Browser upload method. In some cases, users would see downstream errors such as “File not found” or failed document processing after upload completion. |
