# Account Management

## Create a Reveal Academy Account

1. Go to the [Reveal Academy](https://revealacademy.revealdata.com/) home page
2. On the home page, click the button called **Create Account**
3. Fill in the necessary information including:
  1. Company Email
  2. First Name
  3. Last Name
  4. Company or Organization Name
  5. Organization Type

> Note that Reveal Academy cannot merge accounts or certifications from multiple accounts.

> Note that an account cannot be made with a personal email. If you don’t have a work email, please contact [Reveal Academy Support](https://forms.office.com/pages/responsepage.aspx?id=DELa8H9bKES4VczyjtlgpBy2CkMNvatNgzSR4sB13DJUQVRSNFBGS0w4RlU2MzJCTlAxUEg2NVlUSSQlQCN0PWcu).

## Delete an Account

To delete a Reveal Academy account, contact [Reveal Academy Support](https://forms.office.com/pages/responsepage.aspx?id=DELa8H9bKES4VczyjtlgpBy2CkMNvatNgzSR4sB13DJUQVRSNFBGS0w4RlU2MzJCTlAxUEg2NVlUSSQlQCN0PWcu) as they are the only ones who can delete a user account, which is a permanent and irreversible action.

## Update Email Address

1. Log In to [Reveal Academy](https://revealacademy.revealdata.com/)
2. On the top right corner of the Reveal Academy screen, click on your name. A drop down will appear.
3. Click **My Account**
4. Under the **Profile** section, change your **Email Address** and **Company(required)**
5. Click **Save Changes**

## Password Reset

If you know your password and would like to reset:

1. Log In to [Reveal Academy](https://revealacademy.revealdata.com/)
2. On the top right corner of the Reveal Academy screen, click on your name. A drop down will appear.
3. Click **My Account**
4. Under the **Password** section, input your current password and new password
5. Click **Update**

If you forgot your password and would like to reset:

1. Go to the Sign In page
2. Underneath Password, click on the hyperlink **Forgot Password?**or click this [link](https://revealacademy.revealdata.com/users/password/new)
3. Enter the email associated with the Reveal Academy account
4. Click **Submit**
5. Your new password will be sent to the email associated with the Reveal Academy account

## View Certificate of Completion and Certifications

Certificate of Completion will be granted after every course completion. Certifications are granted after completing and passing a certification exam.

1. Log In to [Reveal Academy](https://revealacademy.revealdata.com/)
2. On the top right corner of the Reveal Academy screen, click on your name. A drop down will appear.
3. Click **My Account**
4. Click on**Certificates**
