Improved Features

• 126041 (S24) In the ‘Custodians’ section of matters in the ‘Integrated Legal Holds’ feature, we have added more clarity to the ‘Notice sent on’ column. It now says “Initial notice sent on’ indicating this is the date the Initial notice was sent.

• 125994 (S24) When configuring a Relativity Short Message File (RSMF) Export you are now able to include attachments to be embedded in the RSMF in addition to a separate .zip file, allowing for more flexibility when configuring your RSMF export.

• 126733 (S24) When sending a notification to custodians inside Integrated Legal Holds, you will now see ‘In Progress’ in the ‘Initial notification sent on’ column when a notification is being sent. Once it has finished sending the date it was sent will appear in the ‘Initial notification sent on’ column.

• 126471 (S24) We have enhanced our processing pipeline to optimize the processing of PST/MBOX files by isolating them from other file extraction processes.
