How to Export an Entire Workspace or Source
Once you’ve identified the data you need, you may need to export it from Onna. You’re able to export data from a basic search, a saved search, an advanced search, or all the data in a single workspace or source. This article will focus on how to export an entire workspace or source

To export an entire workspace or source follow the steps below:
Exporting an Entire Workspace
Step 1
To export an entire workspace, click on ‘Workspaces’ in the main menu (a).
Then, click on the ellipsis to the right of the workspace you want to export (b).
Step 2
Select ‘Export’ from the dropdown menu that appears.
Step 3
You’ll now see the first window of the export configuration flow appear.

Exporting an Entire Source
Step 1
To export an entire source, click on ‘Workspaces from the main menu (a).
Then, click on the workspace that your source is located in (b).
Step 2
Click on the ellipsis to the right of the source you want to export.
Step 3
Select ‘Export’ from the dropdown menu that appears.
Step 4
You’ll now see the first window of the export configuration flow appear.
