New Features

Announcing Workplace from Meta Connector (beta)

Improved Features

• 121656 and 122125 (S20 and S21) You’re now able to get more information about your holds in the ‘Holds details’ section of each hold. This new information includes detailed messages about your hold statuses and custodians–including the number of custodians released from the hold, allowing you to resolve any hold or custodian issues more efficiently.

• 120775 (S19) When selecting the RSMF export configuration option, your export will now include a ‘Custodian’ field, enabling a smoother process when uploading your export to Relativity.

• 120088 (S19) Onna will now capture the most up-to-date version of a Canvas file in Slack. Each time a Canvas has been updated, those changes will be reflected on the next sync.

• 92633 (S19) When an Admin removes the role of developer from a user, the user’s API credentials are no longer valid, and the developer can no longer generate access tokens.

• 119664 (S20) You are now able to filter search results with the new ‘Canvas’ file type filter making finding the data you need even easier.

• 122191 (S21) You’re now able to add new Smart Alerts and Source Holds via the ‘+’ icon next to these feature names in the main menu, rather than having to click into the feature, saving you time as you go through your workflow.

• 104342 (S19) The issue, when exporting Slack Enterprise resources, where metadata Origin_List of users collected for / origin_targeted_users is missing for DM and MPIM conversations has been resolved.

• 120549 (S20) The issue causing Slack Enterprise source syncs to prevent syncing when a file is not found has been resolved and sources are syncing as intended.

• 101589 (S20) The issue, when syncing from Microsoft Outlook Enterprise, where some emails are not synced into Onna has been resolved.

• 122792 (S21) There may be times when email message content does not appear in the body of an email. When this happens users will now see an exception note that reads ‘No Email Body’. This may occur if:

  • Trying to ingest a .msg file-".msg" files, as these are proprietary Microsoft email files that are not always in a valid format that can be processed.

  • An email file does not have any content in the body of the email (E.g. meeting invite responses, drafts, empty emails sent by users, etc.).

• 114962 (S21) The issue blocking users from creating new sources using email address with capital letters has been resolved.

• 116611 (S21) The issue causing recently processed files to continue to show up as unprocessed has been resolved.

• 37263 (S21) The issue leading to the origin_shared shared_with & origin_shared fields fields remaining unindexed for dropbox sources has been resolved.

Export

• 119840 (S19) The issue preventing all exports available for an account to fail to display has been resolved.

• 121495 (S20) The issue exporting family files stored within a folder in Onna has been resolved.

• 117823 S(20) The issue where a user is able to create an RSMF export template but then not allowed to use the RSMF template when exporting has been resolved and users are now able to create and use RSMF templates when exporting.

Search

• 116959 (S19) The issue where emails were not being sent for smart alerts has been resolved.

• 120879 (S19) The issue causing inaccurate highlighting of keywords in a search has been resolved.

• 107851 (S20) The issue when viewing search results in table view where folder details are inaccurate when adding fields to the table has been resolved.

• 120732 (S20) The issue where “to dates” typed into the filter by custom date field are removed after typing has been resolved.

• 117199 (S20) The issue causing an inability for search queries to be removed from the search bar has been fixed.

• 123775 (S21) The issue blocking the use of the type field in the search bar has been resolved.

• 120415 (S20) The issue causing a delay in populating a list of current source holds has been fixed.

• 116562 (S20) The issue where a users is unable to see all files within a shared preservation has been resolved.
