Search

Data visualization is now available under the results summary charts view. The chart view gives you a visual overview of your data with interactive charts allowing you to drill down for specific data using dates, file type, conversation type, extensions and PII.

You can now run a report on your search terms with the option to modify the terms and collect metrics for all search terms.  The report can be downloaded to a CSV file for further review.

  • 1161    (S22)  The issue where display names for external users were missing from Slack Connect conversations has been resolved.

  • 1270    (S22)  The issue preventing resources from syncing into Onna causing  errors has been resolved.

  • 1274    (S22)  The issue with the sync status showing “Completed with exceptions” when documents are still processing has been resolved.

  • 1199    (S22)  The issue in Slack Enterprise where Archive syncs are failing to mirror Slack retention has been resolved.

  • 1308    (S22)  The issue in Google Workspace where the GMail Sync is failing with an error "Invalid ID for Object" has been resolved.

  • 119487 (S21)  The issue where the datasource size is shown in two views within the platform has been resolved.

  • 147989 (S21)  The issue of the typo in filter hover has been resolved. The display now shows “Hide Filters”.

  • 1298    (S22)   The issue with the search visualizer causing an error has been resolved.

  • 1294    (S22)   The issue regarding identity searches performed within a search term report taking more time has been addressed.

  • 1271    (S22)   The  issue where some fields have been typed incorrectly on the public API has been resolved.  

  • 1295    (S22)   The  issuer where a condition within the filter panel will disappear while they are typing within field has been resolved.
