Overview

As an Onna user, you can be a member of several sites. When someone adds you as a member of a site, you receive an email notification inviting you to the site. Once you’re a member of the site it is possible to navigate between sites from inside the Onna platform. In addition to navigating between sites using the ‘Site manager’ app, you can also navigate between sites from the landing page after logging in, or from inside the eDiscovery app.

No matter where you navigate from you will always need to log in to access the new site.

Child sites inherit the authentication requirements of their parent site. For example, if your organization enforces SAML sign in, the child site inherits the same sign in method.

How to Navigate Sites From the Landing Page

To navigate multiple sites from the landing page after logging in, follow the steps below:

Step 1

From the landing page click on the dropdown menu arrow next to your name in the bottom left corner of the screen.

Step 2

From the dropdown menu select ‘More sites…’

Step 3

You’ll now see a list of all sites you are a member of listed on the ‘Switch between sites’ page. Click on the name of the site you want to switch to. You will then be directed to a sign in page to log in to the new site.
