# Production Templates

The Templates tab, found under Project Admin, allows for the creation and management of templates for various aspects of the Review project interface. Templates saved here are available for use within the project. Use of this tool requires that the **Admin**>**Manage Imaging Templates** and **Admin**>**Manage Templates** permissions be assigned to your role.

The two template categories available are **Slip Sheets**, which updates the creation and specification of slip sheets for Production jobs, and **Document Image Settings**, where parameters for imaging Microsoft Office-generated documents and PDFs may be be specified.

## Slip Sheet Templates

This function builds templates for production slip sheets, which are found within Slip Sheet tab under **Project Admin** > **Productions**. The **Slip Sheet** tab controls what documents are considered **Excluded Documents** for the production. **Excluded documents** will receive a slip sheet as its produced image.

Two templates are available by default, either of which can be customized:

- *Default Template*: If document imaging fails to generate for any document, create a slip sheet that reads “There are no images for this document.”
- *System Excluded Spreadsheets*: Excludes spreadsheet file types, creating a slip sheet that reads “This document was produced natively.” If document imaging fails to generate for any document, create a slip sheet that reads “There are no images for this document.”

> [!NOTE]
> Note
>
> The “Failed to Generate” condition is required for any slip sheet template and will always be the last (bottom-most) condition.

1. Click **+Add template**.
2. In the **Create** window, enter a required ***Name*** that will be easily recognized.
3. The checkbox defaults to ***Overwrite default font options*** so that any changes to Font Name, Font Style, Font Size and Text Color will be applied.
4. Click **UPDATE** when complete.
