Check the **free space** of the load machine and validate that there is enough available to hold the compressed archive files. - Contact your CSM if you need to get your space increased. 2. **Download the un-extracted archive files** to a unique folder on the Z: drive of your load machine. - This will be all the .tgz, .json, .db, and .txt files. 3. **Send an email** to [support@revealdata.com](mailto:support@revealdata.com) with the following information: 1. The **Company** and **Client name** you want to restore the archive under. 2. The **Project name** you want the archive restored as. 3. The **location** of the archived case files (this will be the path on the Z: drive’s load machine) 4. The **name of the folder** that contains the files. Restored projects will reappear in Reveal in the same state your project existed at the moment of archiving. The restoration process typically takes 3-5 business days, and you will be notified when the restoration is complete. ## Perform Index Job and AI Sync After your archive has been restored by support, you will need to: 1. **Perform an index job** so your data can be searched within Reveal and used with other features. - After the index job, an **AI Sync will kick-off** **automatically** so your data can be used with Reveal’s data visualizations and other features. Further information on both processes can be found in our [Index Data](/reveal/docs/index-data-1) article and [Analytics Sync Process](/reveal/docs/analytics-sync-process) article.
