Reveal Academy Support


If you have Reveal Academy questions or need Reveal Academy tech support, fill out our Reveal Academy Support form.

Within Reveal Academy, there are several methods to get in contact with Reveal Academy Support:

Support Bot

  1. Open Reveal Academy.

  2. On the bottom right corner of the page, click on the widget icon.

  3. A pop up screen will appear as shown below.

    1. On the top right corner of the widget pop up, you can select the knowledge base results by product by pressing the dropdown icon. The image above is currently in the Reveal knowledge base. Once the knowledge base is set, the product’s knowledge base categories with automatically adjust.

    2. To move the widget, click and hold on the 6 circles as you move the widget.

    3. To view articles by Category topic, click on the arrows next to the Category topic.

  4. In the widget search bar, type in your question. The Support Bot will review all articles within your product Knowledge Base and provide a summarized answer.

    1. For Reveal Academy related questions, remain in the Reveal product knowledge base

  5. To search through articles, type in your topic in the filter search bar.

  6. If you want to speak to a Support:

    1. Within the widget, open the SUPPORT tab.

    2. In the Support table, click on Contact Reveal Academy Support.

    3. Our support team will respond usually within 1 business day.
