# AI Review

The AI Review tab allows Agency Members to configure how the AI helps requestors fine tune the details of their request prior to submission.

## Settings

- AI Feedback Language - Leave this option set to ‘Match the request language” to allow the system to automatically identify the language used by the Requestor when submitted their request in order to provide AI Feedback in their specific language. To force the all AI feedback to use a specific language, select the language from the dropdown menu.

- Advised Limits - Alerts the Requestor when an entered requested date range is longer than the month limit set within the ‘Longest date range (months)’ field. The AI advises the Requestor on how to narrow the scope of their request.

> Requested date ranges that exceed the defined monthly limits are never blocked.

- Require a named department - enable this feature to force Requestor to name the specific Agency department they are requesting information from.
- Review standards - This choice enables Agency Members to offer qualitative insights on what a thorough, well-defined request should entail. Requestors can utilize this guidance as recommendations for refining their requests. The greater the detail provided by Agency Members, the more effectively the request's overall scope will be defined. You can add options such as ‘Require exact record types’, ‘Avoid words such as all or any’, ‘Ask for a named office or official’, and ‘Suggest narrowing by keyword’. Click any of these options to include them in the Review standards.
- Click ‘Save’ to save your AI Review setting changes.
