# Audit Log

The Audit Log tab provides a complete, read-only timeline of every action taken on this request, visible to agency staff only. Entries are listed newest first and cannot be edited or deleted.

Each row shows a timestamp, an event type badge, the actor's email address, and any relevant detail. System-generated events (such as deadline alerts) appear under the actor `system@deadline-alerts`.

## Event types

- **Request Created** — the request was received by the system.
- **Email Sent** — an outbound email was sent. Detail shows which email (e.g. Request Confirmation, Request Accepted).
- **Request Assigned** — the request was assigned to a staff member. Detail shows who it was assigned to.
- **Status Changed** — the request status changed. Detail shows the transition (e.g. Submitted → Under Review).
- **Review Started** — the agency began reviewing the request.
- **Request Replied** — the agency sent a reply. Detail shows the action taken (e.g. accept).
- **Logikcull Project Created** — a Logikcull project was created for this request.
- **Deadline Alert Sent** — a deadline alert notification was sent.
- **Deadline Alert Suppressed** — a deadline alert was suppressed.
