The Members page controls which individuals have access to your agency's Logikcull Public Records Requests instance and what permissions they hold. ## Team Members list The Team Members list shows all users who have been added to your agency's instance. Each row shows the user's name and email, their current role, their status, and available actions. Use the search bar to find users by name, email, or role. The Status values are as follows: - **Active** — the user can sign in and access the platform. - **Inactive** — the user's access has been deactivated. ## Inviting a user 1. Click **Invite User** (top right). ## Changing a user's role Click the dropdown chevron next to the user's current role to change it. Available roles: - **Admin** — full access. Can configure agency settings, view and manage all requests. - **Officer** — manages assigned requests, updates status, adds notes and assignments. - **Viewer** — read-only access to requests. ## Deactivating a user Click **Deactivate** on any active user row to remove their access. Deactivated users show as Inactive and cannot sign in. ##
