Members are created and managed within the Setting section of the Agency portal. | | **Records Request** | A formal request for government documents submitted through the portal. The portal handles FOIA, FOI, DSAR, and other general public records request types depending on your jurisdiction. | | **Records Officer** | The agency staff member responsible for reviewing and processing your request. | | **Release Documents** | Records the agency has approved for download. | | **Requestor** | The individual submitting the request. | | **Request Status** | This represents the status of your request: *Submitted* → *Under review* → *Released* or *Closed*. | | **Tracking Number** | A unique ID (e.g. `FOIA-2026-A1B2C3D4`) issued at submission. Use it to check your request status at any time. | ##
