# Five Stages of Request Process

There are five general stages of the Logikcull Public Records Request process. A request will pass through each stage beginning with request submission and ending with the release of requested information. A brief description of what occurs at each phase is provided below.

## Request Stages

| Stage # | Stage | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 1 | Submitted | Requests are submitted by the public records requesting party. |
| 2 | Agency Review | Submitted requests are reviewed for validity by the agency responsible for fulfilling the request |
| 3 | Processing | Requested information is collected, organized, and packaged for the requestor |
| 4 | Final Approval | Request is reviewed for quality assurance purposes by the agency prior to release of information |
| 5 | Released | All requested information is released back to the requesting party. The request is closed. |
