# Preset Messages

00:12: Administrators can configure pre-built message templates or presets for

00:16: transactional and mass communications sent to requesters.

00:19: Presets support dynamic tokens that automatically pull values from the request

00:27: Use message presets to create or update a standard response, such as an acceptance

00:31: or acknowledgement notice.

00:33: Use presets to configure the default message that appears when agency staff accept

00:38: or decline a request.

00:40: To configure presets or add a new preset, go to Settings.

00:44: In the left-side menu, navigate to Message Presets. Here, edit an existing preset or add

00:50: a new one.

00:51: To edit an existing message, click on the message preset.

00:55: Click in the box and adjust the message body content.

01:05: You can also use dynamic tokens to personalize messages automatically.These

01:10: allow you to insert dynamic values from the request record into a preset message.
