These are sorted by the Ask similarity score – a percentage between 0% and 100% – which reflects the relevance of the passage to your query: - **Low**: 30%–49% similarity - **Medium**: 50%–69% similarity - **High**: 70%–100% similarity Documents with less than 30% are not considered similar and not represented in the Semantic Matches bar. ![Document discussing Enron's bankruptcy and Kenneth Lay's involvement in hearings.](https://cdn.us.document360.io/3e21d801-ca9f-4c51-93db-9cbd32741f3d/Images/Documentation/LGK_Semantic Matches_Jun26.png) Clicking **low**, **medium**, or **high** on the candy bar allows you to add documents of that similarity to your search. Or you can choose from a custom range. ![Interface for selecting documents based on similarity score range for search functionality.](https://cdn.us.document360.io/3e21d801-ca9f-4c51-93db-9cbd32741f3d/Images/Documentation/LGK_Custom-range_Jun26(1).png) ## Ask high-scoring documents report Export your high-scoring semantic matches to CSV for quick review. The **Snippets Text** column displays the document’s snippet, or the most relevant group of text to your query from that document. **Relevancy Scores** are also listed (0.00–1.00), and documents are organized by highest to lowest score. ![Document snippets discussing Enron's operations and management strategies in various sections.](https://cdn.us.document360.io/3e21d801-ca9f-4c51-93db-9cbd32741f3d/Images/Documentation/LGK_Semantic Match CSV_Jun26(1).png) You can learn more about how to use above features in the [Ask](/logikcull/docs/ask) documentation folder. ## Auto-redaction configuration ![Configuration settings for automatic redactions of personal information and keywords.](https://cdn.us.document360.io/3e21d801-ca9f-4c51-93db-9cbd32741f3d/Images/Documentation/LGK_Auto-Redactions_Jun26.png) Create your own redactions that automatically apply redaction labels to PII, keywords, or regular expressions. Once added to the table, auto-redactions will be implemented upon opening a document and be labeled with the redaction code and color of your choice. ## Custom native file naming Configure customizable file names when creating a download using a drag-and-drop builder. You can combine metadata fields, custom fields, and tags into a naming scheme with a configurable delimiter and a fallback file name if all fields are empty. ![Custom file naming options for Bates numbering and document management are displayed.](https://cdn.us.document360.io/3e21d801-ca9f-4c51-93db-9cbd32741f3d/Images/Documentation/LGK_Custom file naming_Jun26.png) ## Other fixes and tweaks | Ticket ID | Title | Description | Fix Date (bugs only) | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | CREEP-11827 | **Redaction description summary** | Load file exports now include a "Redaction Description Summary" field that displays the reasoning behind each redaction, not just the redaction label. | - | | CREEP-11608 | **Set project assignee upon project creation** | You can now assign a project assignee while making a new project in the Create Project modal. | - | | CREEP-11460 | **Bates / Document Number Clarification** | Changed the labeling of "Bates Number" to "Bates/Document Number" in various dropdowns, better representing that these selections apply to both production Bates numbers and the document's unique system ID. | - | | CREEP-10852 | **Redaction label choices applicable to search** | Improved the “Include redactions on images and redactable natives” list in the Downloads modal. Now, only redaction labels that are applicable to documents within the search are visible. | - | | LGKPROC-3769 | **Upgraded OCR processing library** | Upgraded the OCR processing library for more accurate rendering, eliminating doubled text layers on certain PDF types and improving search hit highlighting alignment. | - | | CREEP-10872 | **“Has Splits” tag consistency** | Fixed an issue where the "Has Splits" tag was not consistently counted in both Tag and Auto Tags filters. | 6-1-2026 |
