# April & May 2026

Updates include product improvements and bug fixes.

## Fixes and Tweaks

- **Increased Email Domain Character Count**: Increased the Top-Level Domain character count to 63 characters, the DNS maximum.
- **Descriptive Error Messages**: Improved the error message that notifies users if a preservation name or hold name is too long.
- **Change Project Stage and Project Assignee**: You can now change your project stage or project assignee directly on your project card.
- **Updated Billing Tab Email**: Changed billing email to [accounting@revealdata.com](mailto:accounting@revealdata.com). Please use this email address for questions surrounding historical invoices.
- **Sort Documents by Import Beg Bates Field**: It’s now possible to incorporate the Import Beg Bates field in advanced sorting.
- **Added Ask-related metrics to the Usage Report**:
  - The “Questions Asked” column represents the count of questions asked over the selected usage period.
  - The “Asked Enabled (Project)” column will contain a true / false value depending on whether ask is enabled / disabled.
- **Editing an Advanced Sort**: Created the ability to edit an existing advanced sort, rather than needing to duplicate it to make changes.
- **Improved Salesforce Chat Communication**: Salesforce Chat now automatically sends a user's name, email, and company/account name to salesforce chat so users don't have to manually retype the information in the chat.
- **Corrected Date Dropdown**: Resolved an issue where February entries would display incorrectly as "March" in the usage date dropdown.
- **Fixed Email Support Link**: Fixed a broken HTML link at the bottom of a Logikcull automated email.
- **Incorrect Pro Users Permission**: Resolved an issue where Pro Users could see the Advanced Sort option but not create sorts.
- **Re-Zipping Files Issue**: Resolved an issue where unzipped files would re-zip every time a new batch of files was added.
- **Severed Infinite Loop**: Corrected an infinite loop that was created when opening the notifications modal.
- **Renaming Uploads Fix**: Fixed a bug where the space key wasn’t working when trying to rename an upload.
- **Fixed Ask Session Project IDs**: Corrected an issue where Ask session exports contained the incorrect project ID.
- **Advanced Sorting for Basic Users**: Fixed an issue where Basic Users could not create an advanced sort that groups by tags or custodians, despite having permission to view tags and apply tags to documents.
- **Fixed Ask Search Scope**: Fixed Ask's search of scope so that it searches unculled documents only.
- **Comments Opening Incorrect Documents**: Fixed a bug where incorrect file names and documents would appear in the search when opening a document from a comment.
- **Updated Terms of Service Link**: Updated the Terms of Service link on the Logikcull login landing page to bring users to the appropriate page.
- **Citations Expand / Contract Fix**: Corrected the Ask citations "Show More" expansion so that it shows citations when expanded and fades when contracted, rather than the reverse.
- **Prevent Duplicate Advanced Sort Names**: Resolved an issue where a user could title two different advanced sorts with the same name, causing confusion when selecting advanced sorts from the list.
