| Update | Periodic Reminders | Updated the system to let users control periodic (annual) reminders for custodians on legal holds at the project level. Users can now turn reminders on or off per project to match their legal and compliance needs—helping avoid over- or under-notifying, giving more flexibility, and reducing manual workarounds. Reminder behavior auditable for each project. |
| Fix | Preservation Graph | Improved preservation statistics availability when preserving data sources in Reveal Hold. Previously, Microsoft only populated these stats after a refresh, which would result in missing or inaccurate metrics (preservation count and size) during preservation actions. An an internal retry mechanism was added, which re-queries until the stats are available, so preservation metrics are captured accurately and surfaced reliably during hold operations. |
