Previously, users had to open individual requests or cross-reference case lists to confirm the associated matter. The new column displays the full case name directly in the grid, making it easier to distinguish between requests and track them accurately. The Case Full Name column is also included in Excel exports and correctly displays case names containing special characters. | | Update | Azure Integration | Added a Case Full Name column to the Request Tracker grid, making it easier to identify the matter associated with each request, especially when cases have similar names. Users can now view the full case name directly in the grid without opening individual requests or cross-referencing case lists. The column is also included in Excel exports and supports case names containing special characters. | | Fix | Case Management | Fixed an issue where opening a case for editing before the Case Summary page had fully loaded would cause the In-Place Preservation setting to be cleared when saving, unintentionally disabling preservation for the matter without warning. The setting is now preserved when editing and saving a case unless the user explicitly changes it. | | Fix | Google Collection | Fixed an issue where Google Workspace collection and legal hold jobs would exceed the configured concurrency limit, causing Google to reject requests with rate-limit (429) errors and delaying or failing collections. The concurrency limit is now enforced correctly, ensuring new jobs start only when capacity becomes available and preventing unnecessary rate-limit errors. | | Fix | Reports | Fixed an issue where the Custodian Legal Hold Status Report included archived projects alongside active projects, resulting in inflated report results and inconsistencies with other reports. The report now excludes archived projects and displays only active projects, matching the behavior of other reports. | | Fix | SailPoint Integration | An issue where the Legal Hold Date attribute in SailPoint was not updated when a legal hold notice was sent to a custodian for acknowledgement has been resolved. The attribute is now automatically updated with the date the notice was sent, based on the LHN Update Source Type configuration in Resource Manager. |
