Box Collection via Onna*
Reveal Hold now integrates with Box Collection through Onna, allowing users to create and manage collections directly from the platform. Users can configure collection dates, target locations, Box source, and preservation scheduling. Clicking Start Collection triggers the Onna API to create workspaces and collections, apply filters, start syncing, and update collection status in Reveal, streamlining collection management for multiple Holds.
Reports
Users can now subscribe to individual reports from the Reports UI. The Subscribe action opens a modal to select delivery frequency, day/time, and format (PDF or CSV). Subscriptions are saved, reports are automatically generated and emailed, and users are notified of size limits or permission changes, ensuring secure and timely delivery.
Custodian IQ
A new Custodian Profile card has been added to the Overview tab of the Custodian Details view, displaying key custodian information such as email, phone, department, and title. Fields are auto-populated from the Address Book when available and can be edited locally depending on Address Book permissions. This single-column card allows Hold Managers to view and manage custodian contact and organizational details in one place, for better communication and helping to reduce the need to re-query the Address Book.
