| New | Custodian IQ | Hold Managers can now add one or more custodians from the Address Book to multiple active holds (Issued or Reissued) in a single action. The workflow mirrors the existing Lift from Holds experience, allowing users to set the communication status upfront, review a read-only summary of the selected custodians and holds, and confirm the action before changes are applied. Additionally, a completion summary shows how many assignments were added, updated, skipped, or failed. Existing custodian–hold relationships are updated only when the communication status differs and skipped otherwise, eliminating repetitive one-at-a-time steps. |
| Fix | Collection | Collection status now correctly reports “Not Present” when a selected custodian is not found in a collected location. Previously, custodians missing from a Box location were incorrectly marked as “Failed.” |
