New Feature | Employee Stealth Management | Within the employee directory, there is now an option to categorize an employee as either Stealth or Non-Stealth. By default, all employees will be classified as Non-Stealth when imported from other systems unless designated as Stealth at time of import. Additionally, users will have the ability to set the custodian as Stealth or Non-Stealth at the Project level (this change does not require approval). When a Legal hold is established, all custodians marked as Stealth at the Project level will automatically appear as Stealth. However, the legal user has the option to revoke and issue a Legal Hold Notification if necessary. Similarly, Non-Stealth custodians can also be converted to Stealth at the Legal Hold level. |
New Feature | Legal Hold | Create a new legal hold from an existing hold. This functionality enables users to generate a new hold by duplicating the information from the original hold. This streamlines and accelerates the process of hold creation. |
New Feature | Legal Hold | A history of legal hold edits is now available within the user interface. The record of all modifications made to each field in the legal hold is preserved and presented to the user via a pop-up window for every hold. |

New Feature | Reports | A new report, Request Fields Traceability, is now available for tracking custom fields usage. As there can be numerous custom fields defined for different request type templates and used in various requests, this report will show the usage of all the custom fields in templates and requests. |
Feature Updates | Legal Hold | The editing of legal hold templates is now allowed. Previously, legal hold users did not have permission to modify the legal hold notice template. This field is now enabled allowing users to revoke all the pending notices of old templates, and send new templates to all custodians to acknowledge. This allows the user to avoid generating a new legal hold ID if the current legal hold's content necessitates an addendum. |
Feature Updates | Project Management | Editing the Project name is now allowed. Previously, users were unable to modify project names once they received approval. Now, this field can be changed until a legal hold notice or data processing is initiated. |
