Document History

As part of the reviewer audit workflow, admin users need to know which tag profile was used to tag a document. The document history (available from the document viewer), now includes an entry for the tag profile. For example, Standard First Level Review : Responsiveness : Responsive is now logged in the doc history, instead of just Responsiveness : Responsive.

Change the default retraining interval from 40 docs to 500 docs. This reduces the overhead of classifier retraining jobs on projects with large numbers of documents.

Change. The retraining interval for existing classifiers has been changed to 500 docs, if the value was lower than that. This reduces the overhead of classifier retraining jobs on projects with large numbers of documents. This is a one-time change, not something that would be reset with every release. Therefore, project administrators who wish to have a different value can change it again, per classifiers, via Supervised Learning > Edit Classifier > Batch Configuration > Choose Settings.

Administration

For company administrator, the new shortcut feature to 'clone' a user for fast project-permission copying was not working properly. This has been resolved.

Error Handling

Improved error handling to prevent a data analytics jobs from running indefinitely after certain failure states encountered during deploys.

Folders

Resolved an issue with an authorization-not-granted error during work folder permission assignment in some instances, when the user was not a company or instance admin.

Performance Optimization

Significant speed improvements for model-scoring and model-publish, especially on data sets with 10K tags and greater.

Search

A feature still in development and limited-group testing was made available to a large number of users than intended. This has been corrected.

Productions

Clearer error message in Production Export's Error Log: Previously, two error messages were displayed for a file that did not have text subject to OCR. These have been consolidated to one.

Changes to the approach to cleaning up the doc action log's task queue only after successful processing of the full log. This change is intended to address potential delays of entering tag values in the grid after tag changes have been applied to a document.
