View Transcription Jobs
Submitted transcription jobs are listed in Jobs> Review Jobs column > A/V Transcripts. See Transcription - Supported File Types for details on input file specifications and other considerations.
Jobs that are in progress will display a rotating green gear to the very right under “Status,” which will change into a green check mark upon completion. When clicking the rotating green gear to open the dropdown, users can choose to Delete the transcription job and its data, or Stop the job, in which case billing metrics reflect usage only up to the point of stoppage.
When clicking the green checkmark after the Transcription job is finished, users have the option to:
Delete: Remove the transcription job from the list and its data.
View Errors: See Files that could not be transcribed, and the reason for each error.
