Change the Presentation Theme

TRIAL DIRECTOR Presentation includes different themes that you can apply at any time to give your presentation a new look. Themes that include "Projector" in the title are optimized for display on a projector, whereas the standard themes are best for display on a monitor. You can also display your own background image behind exhibits (such as a corporate logo), provided it is a JPG/JPEG, BMP, PNG, or GIF file.

To change the presentation theme:

1. Open the Presentation Preferences dialog box.

2. Click Stage, and then expand the Appearances area if it is not already visible.

3. Select a theme. A theme preview displays to the right.

4. If desired, select Reflection to show a slight mirror image beneath each exhibit and then set the Intensity Level.

5. If desired, select Spotlight to illuminate an oval area at the base of each exhibit and then set the Brightness Level.

6. If desired, click Browse and navigate to the image file you want to display in the background.

7. Click OK to save your changes and close Presentation Preferences.
