# Create Presentation Clip

To create a presentation clip, open a transcript and proceed through the following steps:

1. Select text within the transcript in the **Transcript Work Area**.

1. Right-click on the selected text.

The right-click context menu appears.

1. Click the **Create Presentation Clip** button.

> 
> Presentation needs to be installed and running for the document or page to be presented.
