New Features

Evidence/Presentation

  • Ability to Batch Image Documents: Users will now be able to batch image documents. This feature will allow for image creation in the background so that users will not need to manually open each document to create an image.

  • Auto Populate the Database Directory Path with Case Name: When cases are created, the case name is currently in GUID format in the directory structure. This feature will auto generate the case name in the directory structure during the case creation process if the “Create Case Name Folder” is checked in the Create Case wizard.

  • Import of Non-Deposition CMS Files: When importing non-deposition CMS files that do not contain the First Name and Last Name field information the name field will be populated with the filename.

  • Sync Export Format: Option to publish MDB formats from Sync when publishing a DVT.

  • Print Workbook Outline: Context menu added to workbooks to allow printing of Workbook Outlines.

  • Print Workbook Outline Indicator: Addition of an indicator to allow users to know that printing is in progress.

  • Border for Text Annotation:When working in Evidence, you will now have an option to apply a border around text annotations that are displayed in both Evidence and Presentation.

Resolved Issues

  • DESK-10674: When clearing search criteria in presentation - evidence, the currently selected item will be kept as the selected item in the full document list.
