Print Barcode Labels

You can print barcodes from the Documents Explorer and the Workbooks Explorer.
Documents Explorer
To print a barcode from the Documents Explorer, follow the steps below:
Click the EVIDENCE tab in the left navigation panel.
Open a case by double-clicking the case name in the Cases table. Alternatively, you can select the appropriate case name, then click the Open Case button in the ribbon bar above the table.
Open the Documents Explorer by selecting the Documents tab in the top-left corner of the page.
If the explorer is hidden, you can use the Explorers dropdown in the main menu to view it.
Select the required documents in the Documents Explorer and right-click on the selected documents.
The context menu appears.
Select Print Barcode Labels.
The Print Barcode Labels wizard appears.
Proceed through each step in the wizard to choose the required print settings.
Review the Print Summary.
Select Make Labels.
The barcodes will open in PDF format for printing.
Workbooks Explorer
To print a barcode from the Workbooks Explorer, follow the steps below:
Click the EVIDENCE tab in the left navigation panel.
Open the needed case by double-clicking the case name in the Cases table. Alternatively, you can select the appropriate case name, then click the Open Case button in the ribbon bar above the table.
Open the Workbooks Explorer.
If the explorer is hidden, you can use the Explorers dropdown in the main menu to view it.
Right-click on the selected workbook. The context menu appears.
Note:
If you would like to print items from multiple workbooks, CTRL+Click all needed workbooks, then right-click any of them to open the context menu.
Select Print Barcode Labels.
The Print Barcode Labels wizard appears.
Proceed through each step in the wizard.
Review the Print Summary.
Select Make Labels.
The barcodes will open in PDF format for printing.
