Reassign a Designation

You can reassign a designation from the Designations Explorer.

To reassign a designation using the Designations Explorer, open a case and follow the steps below:

1. Open the Designations Explorer.

   

   If the explorer is hidden, you can use the Explorers drop-down in the main menu to view it.

   

2. Select an existing designation and then expand the party and associated transcript.

3. Select one or more anchor points.

   

Note:

You can SHIFT-click to select multiple designation types that are adjacent to one another. However, CTRL-click is not supported.

4. Right-click and then click the Reassign Designations button.
