Send an Item to Presentation

You can send items directly to Presentation using any of the following methods:

  • The Documents Explorer Right-Click Context Menu

  • The Clips Right-Click Context Menu

  • The Transcripts Right-Click Context Menu

  • The Workbooks Right-Click Context Menu

  • The Multimedia Right-Click Context Menu

  • The Playlists Right-Click Context Menu

Note:

The Present Item button is only available on the right-click menu when Presentation is installed. The button can only be clicked if Presentation is running

Documents Explorer Right-Click Context Menu

To send a document to Presentation follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Document Explorer.

  2. Right-click on a document.

    The context menu appears.

  1. Click the Present Item button.

    The item immediately displays in the Presentation window.

Clips Explorer Right-Click Context Menu

To send a clip to Presentation follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Clips Explorer.

  2. Right-click on a clip.

    The context menu appears.

  1. Click the Present Item button.

    The item immediately displays in the Presentation window.

Transcripts Explorer Right-Click Context Menu

To send a transcript to Presentation follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Transcripts Explorer.

  2. Right Right-clickclick on a transcript.

    The context menu appears.

  3. Click the Present Item button.

    The item immediately displays in the Presentation window.

Workbooks Explorer Right-Click Context Menu

To send a document to Presentation follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Workbooks Explorer.

  2. Right Right-clickclick on a workbook.

    The context menu appears.

  1. Click the Present Item button.

    The workbook immediately displays in the Presentation window.

Multimedia Explorer Right-Click Context Menu

To send a multimedia item, or multimedia clip, to Presentation follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Multimedia Explorer.

  2. Right-click on a multimedia item or multimedia clip.

    The context menu appears.

  1. Click the Present Item button.

    The item immediately displays in the Presentation window.

Playlists Explorer Right-Click Context Menu

To send a playlist to Presentation follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Playlists Explorer.

  2. Right-click on a playlist.

    The context menu appears.

  1. Click the Present Item button.

    The item immediately displays in the Presentation window.
