Supported Transcript File Types

TRIAL DIRECTOR supports a wide variety of transcript file types. See below for a breakdown of supported file types for transcripts and transcripts with video and/or exhibits.

The following transcript file types are supported in TRIAL DIRECTOREVIDENCE.

• DVT - From DepoView or SYNC 360 or SHARE 360

• DVT - From DepoView DVD

  Note:

  The DepoView DVD (*.VOB) format is still supported. However, the VOB files are transcoded to MP4 format upon import into the Transcripts Explorer.

• ZIP - From TRIAL DIRECTOR, SYNC 360, or SHARE 360

• ASCII - Text File

• Amicus - Text File

• CMS - TrialDirector 6.8 Transcript Database

  Note:

  While TrialDirector 6.8 CMS files are supported, they are only supported for CMS files that contain a single transcript. CMS files containing more than 1 transcript are not supported in TRIAL DIRECTOR.

• MDB - From Sanction

• XMEF - From TextMap (same as text only)

• PTF - LiveNote

• PCF - LiveNote

• TRN - From Summation

• XML - Binder XML
