Note: TRIAL DIRECTOR is fully supported for English-US and English-CA regional settings within Windows 10. Regional settings outside of those mentioned are not currently supported. It is strongly recommended to change your regional setting to either English-US or English-CA before deploying or launching TRIAL DIRECTOR.
Minimum Requirements

Note: Mobile graphics chips and other small GPU hardware do not meet compatibility requirements for TRIAL DIRECTOR. A standalone, dedicated graphics card is required for reliable Presentation performance.
Internet Connectivity – While internet access is not required for regular TRIAL DIRECTOR use, customers will need an internet connection to access online content, register, and license the product.
TRIAL DIRECTOR has not been tested with deployment to a NAS or SAN. This type of deployment is not supported.
For the best experience, ensure that TRIAL DIRECTOR is deployed to a dedicated, low-latency network with enough resources to accommodate collaboration and Data Sync.
Multimedia – In Windows Features, Windows Media Player must be enabled or all multimedia will fail to playback in TRIAL DIRECTOR and Case Story. In some installations of Windows, the Windows Media Player is not enabled by default.
Note: TRIAL DIRECTOR is not supported within a Citrix configuration. Performance will be greatly impacted. TRIAL DIRECTOR audio and video will NOT function properly within a Citrix Deployment. IPRO Support reserves the right to troubleshoot outside of Citrix.
For TRIAL DIRECTOR - The minimum hardware requirements are suitable for trial preparation purposes. The recommended hardware requirements are strongly suggested for courtroom presentation.
