TRIAL DIRECTOR Release Notes 2023.8.4

IPRO is pleased to announce the 2023.8.4 release of TRIAL DIRECTOR. For instructions about how to upgrade to the latest version, see "Workflow: Update TRIAL DIRECTOR" on page 1.

New Features

Administration

• Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022 Certification: TRIAL DIRECTOR and LOCAL DISCOVERY have been successfully tested and verified to work with Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022.

• Text Annotation Creation/Edit: We are proud to announce an improved experience for creating and editing text annotations. Our process has been simplified so users can easily add or edit text annotations with a modern and intuitive user interface.

  

• Print Snapshots: Added the ability to print directly from the context menu item to the snapshot workbook. For existing workbooks, snapshots were added to the items that could be printed.

  

• Print Barcode Stickers: Users can now print sheets containing barcode stickers. These labels use Avery 5266 or 5267 label sheets and can be used to easily apply barcodes to documents or other items.

  

Resolved Issues

• DESK-12339: In some scenarios, if a case is exported in version 2023.8.0 importing a case could potentially delete physical files from the file system within that existing case.

• DESK-12341: Modified to use CMS description when the CMS is not in an expected format.
