Deletions

Updated the system to prevent users from deleting Processing Clients that are connected to Review. The system now checks for an existing connection to a company in Review before allowing deletion or edits, so active projects remain unaffected.

Export

Updated Export Explorer to support custom and Combined/Concatenated fields. Previously, these fields were filtered out in Export Explorer even though they existed in the generated load file. Users can now view and use concatenated or combined fields directly within Export Explorer.

Edit/Delete Clients

Updated the system to prevent deletion of a client when it is associated with existing projects or review companies. The Delete button is now disabled in these cases, and a warning message displays stating, “Clients with existing projects or review companies cannot be deleted.”

Updated the system to correctly handle archive extraction when file extraction is disabled. Top-level archive files and child archive files will be extracted, while top-level non-archive files will not. For example, when uploading a ZIP file and an email with a child, the ZIP file will be extracted, while the email with a child will not be extracted.

Resolved an issue where loose MSG files would be exported with a blank or partially populated native email body when the “Apply to Loose/Attached Email” option was selected and the export format was set to MSG.

Fixed an issue where the “Exclude Previously Exported Documents From Selected Exports” option wasn’t working correctly with the Document Level export. Now, only records that haven’t already been exported to Review get included, instead of the whole family, so exports reflect the selected settings.

Resolved an issue where running an export with an undefined selective set triggered an error alert and caused the screen to freeze, even though the export was still created. The system now displays a clear message, “Please choose defined selective set(s) only,” and no longer freezes when running the export or when clicking Cancel or OK on the message.

Updated the system to address a bug where excluding file extensions in Web or Distributed processing caused those files to be omitted entirely during processing.

Fixed an issue where the system would freeze or become extremely slow when accessing Import QC on large cases, even for small imports. The slowdown was primarily caused by the SQL query used to generate the “Native Mismatch” QCProcFlag items. To address this, a new project-level setting has been introduced to control whether the “Native Mismatch” flag is generated. This allows only projects that require the flag to enable it, helping prevent performance issues in large datasets.

Fixed an issue where import jobs would get stuck when the dataset contained executable (.exe) files. Import jobs now detect and skip .exe files for extraction, without executing them, allowing the job to proceed and complete as expected with proper logging and reporting.

Resolved an issue where Snapshot Reports scoped to an Import were not displaying archive files in the Source Files category. The Archives and Source Files graph now displays correctly in the Snapshot Report for both a specific Import and for All Data.

Fixed an issue where exports of Selective Sets that include searching or filtering on the ImportPath would fail. While previews of these Selective Sets returned the correct scoped files, attempting to export caused the processing job to move to pending and then error out.
