  • Smart Folders

  • Page-Level Tags

  • Persistent Highlighting

  • Unbranded Redactions, Comments, Annotations

  • Redaction Categories

  • Keyword Reports

  • Transcripts, Transcript Issues, Notes, Linked Documents

Prepare Open Discovery Data

  1. Export 1 - Natives, Images, Text, Metadata, Work Product

    2. All documents to be migrated.

    3. Output Options

      1. Use Original Image Keys

      2. Load File Selections: DAT, OPT, LFP, and DLF

      3. No Endorsements

      4. Select all Redactions

      5. Select all fields and tags EXCEPT for fields: [ProductionBegDoc], [ProductionEndDoc], [ProductionBegatt], [ProductionEndAtt], [ProductionVolume], [ProductionPageCount], [ProductionText], and System File Path.

  3. Production Volumes and their associated cross-reference file.

    1. Execute SQL script to create the Production History Report. Please contact Reveal Support for assistance in generating this report.

    2. The report contains the following fields for all Production Export Sets in the case its executed on: ProductionName, Notes, OutputDirectory, ProdVolume, BEGDOC, and PRODBEGDOC.
