Ask AI is available as a premium feature and can be enabled per account and project. To ensure Ask is fully functional, follow these steps:

  1. Account-Level Enablement

    1. As a Account Owner/Account Admin, you can enable or disable Ask AI on an account via the account feature list screen.

    2. Premium features like Ask AI can be turned on for specific plans, allowing you to control access through the admin page.

Regional Implementation

Ask can be enabled in any geographic region supported by LGK. Typically, it operates within the same AWS region as the project instance. Exceptions may exist for certain regions. Contact your Customer Success Manager to review your Data Processing Agreement and confirm if any regional considerations apply.
