Non - USD Currency Selection for EMEA Users

Managing billing just became easier for our international customers. Clients in the EMEA region now have the ability to persist and select their preferred billing currency during onboarding. Previously, USD was enforced as the default, creating friction for international customers. With this update, billing administrators can confidently set and retain their local currency, simplifying invoicing and ensuring accurate records from the start.

Reviewer Notifications on Upload Completion

Upload workflows just became easier. Reviewers now receive automated notifications when uploads complete, removing the need for project managers to manually send status updates. This change not only streamlines communication but also accelerates review cycles by getting data in front of the right people immediately.

Other Fixes and Tweaks

  • Improved Slack Deleted Message: Deleted Slack messages now display whether removal was by a user or the system, improving audit clarity.

  • Support for Multi-Volume Data Imports: Enhanced ingestion to handle multi-volume archive files (e.g., Onna Slack exports) without failure.

  • File Identifications Improvements: Corrected handling of MIME type and metadata mismatches to improve consistency in file classification.

  • Cancelling QuickPDF Handling: Resolved issues where cancelling QuickPDF jobs failed to properly stop downstream processes.

  • CSV Rendering with Aspose: Fixed CSV exports that were producing malformed rows when large metadata sets were present.

  • Warning for Problematic Download Fields: Added validation warnings when download jobs include conflicting or unsupported field combinations, preventing failed jobs.

  • Redactions by Label Cleanup: Improved logic for applying and tracking redactions by label to ensure consistency across workflows.

  • QuickPDF – Filenames in ZIP Corrected: Resolved an issue where files inside ZIP exports were named with hash values instead of properly formatted filenames. Filenames now match the native name with the family number prepended.

  • Text Overlap in Rendered PDFs: Fixed a rendering defect where certain emails, when converted to PDF, displayed overlapping text. This improves visual fidelity and ensures OCR text accuracy.

  • QuickPDF – File Name Too Long Error: Addressed errors caused by excessively long filenames during QuickPDF processing. The system now detects and truncates names where necessary.

  • Slack Export Format Validation: Investigated changes to Slack ZIP exports where users were being rendered as IDs rather than names. Updates now reduce failures linked to format mismatches.

  • Ingestion Error for GVault Uploads: Fixed ingestion failures caused by errors. The system now handles ingestion completion checks reliably.

  • Rendered Images Appearing Blurry: Resolved an issue where uploaded PNG images appeared blurry due to forced scaling. Documents now render at appropriate sizes to preserve clarity.

  • Original ID Without Association: Corrected cases where documents contained an original_id but no original association, preventing downstream production issues.

  • Truncated Text QC Tag Accuracy: Improved logic for detecting truncated text in the TextCache to ensure QC tags are correctly applied.

  • Transfer Document Query Fix: Corrected case sensitivity issues when querying source paths of transfer documents. This fix ensures complete MS365 uploads over long date ranges.

  • CSV Export Crash in LLM Session Report: Fixed a CSV formatting issue that split metadata rows across multiple columns, preventing successful export.

  • Default Currency Flipper: Placed default currency selection behind a flipper flag, ensuring USD is enforced in the EU instance until multi-currency support goes live.

  • Slack Hold Attachments – Filename Fix: Resolved an issue where attachments appeared in Slack but filenames were missing. Filenames now display correctly.

  • Daily Digest Email Metrics Accuracy: Corrected inaccuracies in Daily Digest email metrics to ensure requested change counts are reported correctly.

  • Advanced Search – Tags with Multiple Spaces: Fixed parsing issues in Advanced Search Builder for tags containing repeated spaces. Tags with identical visible names but differing spacing are now handled consistently.

  • Cross-Project Download Folder Restriction: Ensured downloadable objects cannot be moved to folders outside of their project scope.

  • Production Page Count Discrepancy: Resolved errors in production recreation where page counts were mismatched, even with identical settings. The system now correctly factors slip sheeted files.

  • PDF Split Errors in EMEA: Fixed false error messages during PDF splits in the EMEA environment. Successful splits now display confirmation instead of failure.

  • Document Table – Date Formatting: Standardized date formatting to ISO8601 in document tables, enabling proper client-side internationalization.

  • Teams Logo Accessibility: Improved dark mode accessibility by fixing contrast issues with the Teams logo in the upload modal.
