Legal Hold Management

Allow acknowledgement by proxy

Legal hold notices had been sent for acknowledgement only by the respective custodians who received them. Now the Legal Manager can acknowledge the notices as a Proxy. Custodian can fill out the questionnaire later from the email link. When the Legal Manager acknowledges, the acknowledgement type will be Proxy, and Self when the respective custodians acknowledge.
