Fields

Increased the Elasticsearch facetability size limit from 400 to 10,240 characters and aligned the File Name field maximum length to 10,240 characters. Text fields with a maximum length of up to 10,240 characters, including Email Subject, are now mapped as facetable, enabling the “Is” operator and tally exports without TermFacet errors or empty result sets while ensuring the File Name field conforms to the supported facetable limit.

Adjusted the load file checking procedure – now, invalid date values within the first 100 records will be flagged with a warning message rather than preventing users from continuing with the upload. Dates with invalid values will be marked in the grid with an orange triangle warning icon.

Added new API endpoints to create image load jobs without using the upload workflow. These new endpoints allow integrations to list image load jobs and retrieve job details for monitoring and status tracking.

Fixed an issue where searchable PDF production exports generated PDFs in which only the Bates numbers were searchable. The exported PDFs now preserve searchable text content throughout the document as expected.

Resolved an issue where the Upload Preview did not display warnings for invalid Date values detected within the first 100 records of a load file. Preview validation now correctly reports these values as warnings while continuing to allow the upload to proceed.
