The following table presents a list of fixed bugs that have been identified as requiring a specific follow-up action by the user after it was resolved. If you encountered any of the below bugs, follow the steps in the Actions to Take column as instructed.

This list will be updated with every new release and patch release, if necessary. All actions to take will be purged from the list after six months from the fix version’s release date.

Export

An issue where RSMF messages were incorrectly added to 24-chunk message boards during export was resolved. Message boards now correctly include only messages within the same 24-hour chunk and conversation.

Re-run the export or create a new overlay export with the native path selected to ensure the correct native file is applied to the existing document.

Updated email rendering to ensure consistency between Native View (PDF) and Outlook, and improved metadata handling so the sender’s name is displayed correctly instead of just the domain.

Fixed a bug where email (.msg) files rendered differently in Native View compared to Image View, causing attachments to not display within the email.

Import

Fixed a bug where Master Date values were not consistently populated across 24-hour chunks for RSMF when archives were present in chat events. This would lead to incorrect date filtering results in Selective Sets.

Either delete and re-import the data, or QC the data to start reprocessing.

Fixed an issue where RSMF attachments not present within the 24-hour chunk were incorrectly included in the 24-hour chunk family.

Delete previous imports processing RSMF and re-import.

Fixed an issue where imported attachment documents would receive incorrect Master Dates that did not match their parent documents.

In Discovery Manager, re-export or overlay of the master date field.

In Review Enterprise, re-index the updated documents.
