Export

Fixed a bug where duplicate documents associated with a filtered inline image were missing ProcessingStatus records, preventing them from being exported to Review or re-extracted during Import QC. Affected duplicates now receive the required processing information and can be re-extracted and exported to Review as expected.

Fix

Folders

Improved Original Folder build performance and reliability for large projects and incremental imports by introducing keyset pagination, optimizing dynamic indexing for custom folder fields, and improving memory usage during batch processing. Folder builds now process documents more efficiently by Item ID, support large custom folder fields without indexing failures, and use dedicated batch sizing to better manage large document sets. SQL processing limits were also adjusted to reduce memory-related stalls and timeouts during longer folder builds.

Import QC

Improved QC job performance by skipping unnecessary CustodianDupeId calculations during archive child processing when Custodian Deduplication is disabled in Project Settings. Custodian deduplication calculations now run only when enabled for the project, reducing unnecessary processing and improving QC job completion times.

Import

Resolved an issue where imports with a NULL Import Size value would fail with a “SqlException 515 error” during processing. Affected imports now complete successfully without the error and correctly report 0 documents imported when no documents are available.

Imaging

Improved imaging retry and error handling to prevent unnecessary retries and reduce failures during imaging jobs. Permanently unprocessable documents are now identified and handled without being retried through the full application and TLR retry process. Retry handling was also updated to prevent same-pod retries from exhausting the available message delivery window, while enhanced queue handling helps maintain retry availability during long-running jobs.
