When users apply Date, Activity, or User filters, the exported CSV now includes only the records that match the selected filters, accurately reflecting the results displayed in the UI.

Corrected a bug where archive files with a previous failed extraction status remained stuck with ExtractionStatus = 1 during re-imports, causing extraction to be skipped and stale errors to appear in import snapshots even when the overall import job succeeded. During re-import, archive extractions now reset their extraction status to 0, retry extraction, and process successfully instead of being silently bypassed.

Resolved a bug where Grid bulk field updates would use the Grid’s active field profile instead of the profile selected in the Bulk Update modal. This would cause updates to fail when a field was not updateable under the active profile, even when an updateable profile was selected in the modal. Bulk updates now use the selected field profile, allowing eligible fields to be updated as expected.

This would cause produced images to continue displaying removed redactions and the “Has Annotations” icon to remain visible. This would leave the imported documents unindexed and unavailable in the Grid. Indexing now runs for uploads that complete successfully or complete with row-level errors, including partial or all-row errors, and is suppressed only when the upload is canceled or cannot complete due to a critical failure.
